What is your Return Policy?

We are able to offer amazing deals on our products because we do not keep any inventory after our sales are over. Therefore, there may be some return restrictions on some of our products.

Our ultimate goal is for you to be delighted with our products, so please contact us if something goes wrong with the delivery.

Returnable items are all sized items, including apparel, footwear, and belts.

Non-Returnable items include all final sale, intimate apparel, swimwear, hosiery, handbags, cosmetics, fragrances, toys, home goods, and private label goods.

Store credit return only items are our pre-loved pieces:

  • Pre-loved items under $2000 can be returned for Modnique Credit only.
  • Pre-loved items over $2000 can be returned for Modnique Credit or Cash Refund.

All items eligible for return should be returned within 30 days from the ship date.

To return your item(s), please follow these instructions:

a) Log in to your account using your email address and password

b) Go to 'My Account' and click on Returns. You will be able to select the item(s) you have purchased. If not, please contact Customer Service via phone or email and provide them with your sales order number.

c) If applicable, select your refund type: store credit or payment method, as well as the reason for return. If the item is damaged, it will go through an inspection process before being refunded.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your returned package arrives to complete the refund process. **We strongly recommend shipping your returned package with a service that offers tracking.

Note: Unfortunately, promotional credits and coupons are for one-time use only and are non-refundable.

How can I return my order?

All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA) to be accepted.

You can easily create your RMA number online:

a) Log in to your account with your email and password

b) Go to "My Account" and click on "Returns". Select the item(s) you have purchased. After 30 days from the date of shipment, you will not be able to view these items and they will not be accepted if returned back to our warehouse.

c) Select your refund type: store credit or refund to payment method (including taxes, merchandise cost and shipping *if shipping is deemed refundable).

d) Please include all original packaging and materials (such as price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions) otherwise your refund may be delayed or we may not be able to process the return and have to send it back to you.

e) Please obtain a valid RMA number prior to sending your return back to us and write the RMA number on the outside of the return box. Please ship to the attention of the Returns department at the following address:

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer a 30 day return policy from the time that the item was shipped out from our warehouse. The ship date can be found on the shipping box label or in your shipment confirmation email.
